Bitkiwi XII - 1 March, 2025, Queenstown
Plans are coming together for Bitkiwi XII, with many plebs planning the pilgrimage to Queenstown, New Zealand.
We’re lining up a few speakers to entertain you, and we’re attempting to put together a useful lineup that will help you along your Bitcoin journey.
We are pleased to announce our first two:
Ketan from the Ministry of Nodes will be presenting on nodes and online privacy/security. Ketan has presented at Bitcoin Alive and other events, and co-founded The Ministry of Nodes, an Australian Bitcoin educational initiative who offer Bitcoin consultancy services and products, and are particularly known for their Bitcoin node knowledge and guidance.
James Swarbrick, Director of Swarbricks Lawyers, will speak about bitcoin inheritance planning, a topic becoming more and more pertinent to bitcoiners as their stacks increase in size and value.
This is not spoken about often enough and will hopefully be of great benefit to our fellow bitcoiners who are thinking and planning for the future.
We’re in talks with a couple more speakers and will make further announcements as the event approaches!
The event will take place on Saturday March 1st, beginning at 1pm at World Bar, Church Street, Queenstown.
We’re also putting together a casual get-together for the following day, Sunday March 2nd, and will let you know further details as planning continues.
We hope to see you there, for what is becoming the annual Bitkiwi weekend in Queenstown!
