Bitkiwi is proud to announce Bitkiwi IX, New Zealand’s Halving Party!
The event will take place at 7pm on April 20th, at the Fork and Brewer, Bond Street, Wellington.
It’s the place to be for Bitcoiners wanting to get together for the halving in New Zealand.
Bitkiwi have been developing our meet-up events over the past 1.5 years and an awesome bitcoin community has sprung up in New Zealand during that time.
The attendees of our events range from well-known NZ Bitcoin personalities, to technical experts, to brand new Bitcoiners coming to learn about it for the first time. It’s a very welcoming and accepting crowd, all events have been well-attended and thoroughly enjoyable.
Our Halving Party is completely free for all attendees. Come along and chat with the plebs and maxis, buy a few drinks with Bitcoin (or fiat if you want to be boring!), and have fun ushering in the next Bitcoin epoch!
There will be prizes given away!
There will be cake!
It only happens once every four years, come along and celebrate!
